CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

DRAFT ONLY — KXA must confirm the actual participant cancellation window, refund percentage/amount, processing timeline, transfer policy and event-cancellation treatment before accepting payment.

Participant cancellation

The final cancellation deadline and eligible refund amount will be shown on the tournament registration page before payment.

Event postponement or cancellation

If an event is postponed or cancelled because of weather, safety, authority instructions or another material circumstance, KXA will communicate the applicable rescheduling, credit or refund process to registered participants.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Participants should contact KXA with the registered name, mobile number and payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be initiated using the applicable payment method or another process communicated by KXA. The final processing timeline must be confirmed before launch.
